Identification of the data controller
Ingenial Teams S.A.S. (hereinafter, "INGENIAL"), NIT 901.408.167-2, with its registered office in Quimbaya, Quindío, Colombia, is the Data Controller of the personal data it collects through the website ingenial.com.co, its forms, email, social media and other channels.
Processing and purposes
INGENIAL collects, stores, uses, updates, circulates and deletes personal data only for the following purposes:
In addition, for all Data Subjects: comply with legal obligations, respond to requests from authorities and defend INGENIAL's rights. INGENIAL does not sell or rent personal data.
Sensitive data and minors
INGENIAL does not request sensitive data through the website. If it ever does, answering questions about sensitive data is optional: the Data Subject is not obliged to answer them or to authorize their Processing.
INGENIAL's services are aimed at adults and companies. If it ever processes data of persons under 18, it will do so with the authorization of their legal representative and with respect for their best interests.
Data Subject rights
In accordance with Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, the Data Subject has the right to:
- Access, update and correct their personal data.
- Request proof of the authorization given.
- Be informed about how their data has been used.
- Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of their data, when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it.
- Access their personal data free of charge.
- File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, after exhausting the inquiry or claim procedure with INGENIAL.
How to exercise them: by writing to info@ingenial.com.co with the Data Subject's name and identification, the request and the means to receive a response. INGENIAL responds to inquiries within a maximum of 10 business days and to claims within a maximum of 15 business days, in accordance with Articles 14 and 15 of Law 1581 of 2012.
Transmission and transfer of data
INGENIAL uses technology providers (web hosting, email, online forms and Google Analytics) that may process data on its behalf, on servers inside or outside Colombia, under security and confidentiality conditions.
In its technology talent services, INGENIAL may share candidates' professional profiles with clients in Colombia or abroad, with the Data Subject's authorization where required and in accordance with Article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012.
